設施：設施雖然看起來比較老，但是比較乾淨，然後有陽台，陽台上經常有鴿子飛過來。窗外的風景還是不錯的。 衞生：整體不錯，除了陽台可能會有點鴿子屎之外 環境：外面的風景不錯，而且距離市中心1公里可以走過去 服務：不錯，前台有水，可以自己接，房間裡沒有水，需要自己燒。前台也有免費的電話卡片，可以拿（需要自己選套餐在線付錢）。前台的小姑娘很熱情，有什麼旅遊的問題都可以問。 整體來説，奧克蘭這個城市不能當做大城市，看應該當做一個小城市來看，這樣的話，你的期望就不會落空。

設施：有洗烘一體機，其他的配套也很全面，沒有吹風機（這個需要自己帶），有自己的停車場（收費的） 衞生：很乾凈 服務：很不錯，即便英語不好服務人員也會耐心的解釋，你用翻譯的話服務人員也會配合，還可以幫忙複印東西 環境：冬日樓下的環境很不錯，小陽台也很舒服，還有配套的一些東西也很不錯，步行十來分鐘能到天空塔以及奧克蘭大學，還是很不錯的 圖片都是在酒店及酒店樓下拍的

交通方便，步行可以到大型超市woolworth.New word甚至還有華人超市.還可以到碼頭。也有很多藥妝店chemist可以逛。sky tower天空塔步行也能到達，建議一定要上去看看全景，坐電梯時先打開手機，電梯地板有一部分是透明，上下的時候很有感覺。房間有微波爐，熱水壺小冰箱，餐具，洗衣機一小半洗碗精，一小包洗衣粉。

離市中心的距離非常的近，而且櫃台人員非常的友善有耐心，而且會盡力的幫忙你所提出來的任何問題。整體而言的住房環境也是乾淨的。

房間很大帶露台，走路到天空塔十分鐘。可以做飯。床很舒服。在奧克蘭性價比非常高，是和英國住的同品牌，價格打了對摺。樓下有個小公園，可以早晨去玩一玩。

Hotel is really good. Receptionist need bit more training on how to be good with the customer. Came for check out , vehicle wheels were locked by the hotel morning staff. Night staff told that we can park on any three parking lots infront of the building. No hand over notes b/w night staff and morning staff.

No air con but we knew that and it was ok for that time of year, come summer it would good.  Bathroom was a hazard ⚠️ health and safety nightmare…. Shower head moved back quickly therefore flooding the floor of the bathroom. Big drop to get out of the bath - could slip on water .. of stand and hurt yourself on big door stop

The apartment was mostly clean, except there was an awful sewage smell from the shower drain and open medical ampules on the desk by the TV. Amenities in kitchen basic. We only had 2 drinking glasses for 3 of us. I assume those were for my 2 kids, and the wine glass was for myself the adult.

First room wasn't ready on top of that didn't end up getting the room I originally booked I booked a room with 2 beds but ended up in a room with one bed I looked for so long to get a room with 2 beds so I'm not at all happy about getting the room they ended up giving me
